Scandia provides food options to the party packages and a snack bar with a variety of food items as we prohibit any outside food and beverages into the park.
To accommodate all of our guests party rooms are reserved for one hour per party. We will be happy to help relocate your party items to another table in the park for the remainder of your stay.
Scandia will celebrate all of your childrens' birthdays so long as the minimum of 5 birthday packages per birthday child is met. This minimum will allow each birthday child to receive a Scandia Souvenir Sports Cup, a Wristband Voucher, good for another visit, and 10 additional tokens. For instance, if you are celebrating birthdays for 3 children, a minimum of 15 birthday party packages must be purchased.
Scandia preorders pizzas based on the reserved number of participants. If you fall below your reserved number of participants, we ask that you contact us no later than 72 hours before your party date. Otherwise, you will be charged based on the amount of pizzas preordered to meet your reservation.
If your reserved number of participants increases on the day of the party, you may purchase additional pizzas on your party day at $11.00+tax each in addition to your extra guests' non-food party packages purchased. For instance, if you reserved for 10 party guests for the Unlimited Wristband Party at $17.95, and 5 additional guests (for a total of 15 guests) attend your party without prior notice, the 5 additional guests will be charged the $14.95 Unlimited Wristband Party (without food) price each and $23.94 (2 pizzas & Unlimited Soda@ $11.97) +tax additional pizzas to accommodate all of these guests.
To accommodate all of your guests, you are welcome to mix the packages, however, it must be exclusive in terms of food or non-food party packages. For instance, you are able to purchase 5 unlimited wristband packages and 3 token party packages for smaller children who may not be able to ride the go-karts. Unfortunately at this time, we prohibit parties from purchasing, for instance, 5 food party packages and 5 non-food party packages.
Yes, we encourage you to preorder any additional pizzas 72 hours prior to your party date at $8.96+tax. Pizzas may be ordered on your party day at a charge of $11.00+tax per Scandia made pizza.
With a minimum of five birthday party participants per celebrating child, and 72 hours advanced notice, the birthday packages may be purchased without food.
You are welcome to leave the park and return the same day to continue the use of your unlimited or golf wristbands so long as these wristbands are intact.

We understand that all family members may not want to participate in the packaged activities. We will ask you for a total number of party participants (those who you'll be purchasing a package for) and a total number of party guests (the total number of guests attending the party with those who you'll be purchasing a package for included)
You are encouraged to take full advantage of the park beginning at 10am for the Unlimited Birthday Packages! You can purchase everything at the box office prior to your party time, play, and just show up at your reserved time to the party room and continue your celebration!
Please check in with the box office (to your right upon entering the arcade) and let them know you have a party reservation. Your party host or hostess will then be paged to assist you.
We encourage you to convert your Unlimited Wristband, Supersaver, and/or Golf Party Packages into Token Party Packages at $9.95 each. Otherwise, we ask that you give 72 hours notice for any changes, including rescheduling.
You are welcome to bring your own decorations. You may also drop them at the box office off along with your party name, date, and time so we may decorate the room for you.
Electrical outlets are available in both party rooms. Please inquire with the reservation manager if you would like to bring and use an item which requires an electrical outlet.
